This policy explains what data MyTradeBuddy (“we”) collects, why, and your rights. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.
We do not collect your full payment-card details — those are handled by our payment processor.
To provide and maintain the Service, generate the analytics and AI features you request, process subscriptions, secure the platform, and contact you about your account or important changes. We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under contract:
When you use an AI feature, the relevant content (e.g. a screenshot or trade details) is sent to our AI provider to generate the result. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls; each account’s data is isolated and only accessible to that signed-in user. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can export all your data or permanently delete your account and its data at any time from Settings.
Depending on your location (including under the EU/EEA GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise export and deletion directly in Settings, or contact us for anything else.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
We may update this policy; we’ll update the effective date and, for material changes, notify you.
